In the ether
Feeling uneasy about this whole life change thing. It still seems like the right thing to do, but I'm feeling v. cut off about it. Cut off from everything, as if I'm not really here. I'm not really at work, I'm not really not at work, I'm not really in school. I'm just kind of out in the ether. I am reminded of Emile Durkheim and anomie.

i can def empathize with this state of mind. the cool part is, though, that you can kind of rock the ghosty feeling. it's sort of like your mind misinterpreting your own freedom...you just need to ground yourself in something (maybe) to make you feel more real? plus, change can be very, very good. we must not forget these things!!! all that said, transitions can be a bitch. but a very useful and necessary one!
